As the East Coast and Southeast recover from the effects of the recent storms, ProAssurance stands ready to provide our insureds with any information and assistance necessary to help with related professional or personal difficulties.

If you have questions regarding missing or damaged medical records, software, etc., call our Risk Resource information line at 800.282.6242, extension 4712. Questions may also be e-mailed to rmhelp@proassurance.com. ProAssurance insured physicians providing medical care or contemplating aiding storm victims should be aware that their professional liability insurance is in effect, including volunteer efforts.
We will also assist physicians not insured with ProAssurance to the extent we are able to do so. If you know of a physician who is affected and needs answers to risk management-related questions, our Risk Resource information line will be available at no charge through October 31, 2011.
