Jeffrey P. Lisenby, J.D.

Corporate Secretary, General Counsel and Senior Vice President

Jeffrey P. Lisenby, J.D., CPCU, is a Senior Vice President and serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ProAssurance Corporation. Mr. Lisenby joined Medical Assurance, the predecessor to ProAssurance, in 2001 and has served as head of the corporate Legal Department since that time. Prior to joining Medical Assurance, he was in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama, from 1996 to 2001 and served as a judicial clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Lisenby received his bachelor and law degrees from The University of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
