Secure Services Portal (SSP) Scheduled Maintenance

The ProAssurance Information Technology Department will be performing comprehensive maintenance testing this weekend. Some IT production systems will be taken offline. As a result, some of the ProAssurance SSP services will also be offline August 23-25. The scheduled maintenance will affect online payments, pay-by-phone, policy documents, renewal applications, Certificates of Insurance, and the credentialing utility. These services are expected to be back online by the start of business on Monday, August 26.
